Police Tour of Masjid

LICS welcomed a group of 30 Police Recruits to the Masjid yesterday. Myself and Imam Kadir shared with them the background of our Masjid and discussed issues faced by us, our concerns, extremism, hate crimes and Islamophobia.

It was really good to have these discussions in the community where these Officers will work in. They have first hand information and awareness direct from us. I do know they have visited other faiths groups also.
